Can your water break when you sneeze? ?
I am 38 wks and a few nights ago I had a “popping sensation” in my pelvis when I sneezed. At first I thought maybe it was just a joint popping or something. I haven’t had any trickle or gush, but I noticed that my discharge has white almost flaky like things in it. I thought to myself that this could be the vernix that the baby is shedding……Am I just paranoid? I am only 1 cm dilated so I wonder if that affects how much fluid would flow out.

yes, this is possible. You need to call your Dr and have them check. Infection can set in after the bag of waters has been broken for over 24 hours.
