why does my sister have orange snot ?
my baby sister has orange snot and i dont know howshe got it shes real fussy and coughing real bad what does it mean?

she has been snorting tang powder, either that, or orange kool-aid/pixie stix etc. best thing I could ascertain to that! Good luck

This is common in children ages 2-5 years of Age. Orange mucus most commonly indicates a deficiency in melatonin. This accounts for the fussy activity. Try having her drink a glass of milk with a bit of cinnamon in it. This should calm her down and help with the discoloration in the mucus.

She obviously has allergies of some sort. It’s very common this time of year. But it certainly wouldn’t hurt to have her seen by an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat). They are really good at helping anyone with allergies, of any age.
